And how it is used by companies like Amazon and Coca Cola to design Ads that hook us. This book answers the top questions that most professionals face today.

Everything I learned at $200,000 MBA about Leadership

Book Everything I learned at $200,000 MBA about Leadership.

Tylenol bottles laced with cyanide were found in drug stores across suburbs of Chicago. Why? Why were people finding hypodermic syringes in Pepsi cans? Why did JC Penney put up a billboard resembling Hitler? How did a hostage negotiator handle a home invasion in Providence, Rhode Island? That’s right. This is the most fascinating book on leadership you will ever read. PERIOD. I combine intrigue, fascination and story telling with world class knowledge in a way you haven’t seen before. With this book, I had a simple goal in mind: If my family and loved ones could read it just one book about Leadership, which book would that be?  This is that book. I wrote this book for them and now I am sharing this book with you. And, pretty much like your family and friends, mine are easily bored too. So, I made this book fun and entertaining to read while still delivering extremely useful leadership material. What makes this book good is that I regularly put my $200k ego aside and am willing to learn from the experts in the field. No matter who they are. I go out and seek the best knowledge on the subject from the real gurus, whether they have an MBA or PhD or not. Whether academia has celebrated them or not. And, that makes everything I write simply the best in the field. For example, one of the experts I learned negotiations from is Chris Voss. He used to be a FBI hostage negotiator. We will cover everything from vision formulation and principles of global leadership to negotiating like FBI hostage negotiators, managing crisis with calm, effective corporate governance, lobbying and effecting change of regulation by mastering the legal system. This book will unleash a visionary approach to leadership using everything I have learned through continued education, research, and years of professional experience. From Steve Jobs to Richard Branson, we examine how well they stacked up on the leadership scale. This book presents a combination of knowledge you won’t find anywhere. Period. In every topic covered in this book, great effort has been made to take the science forward and provide you the depth of information with the ease of understanding that is uncommon among business books.

Visionary Marketing: The Seminal Playbook for Building Winning Businesses

As a longtime fan of business books, I realized that there is a huge problem. There are tons of books out there on business advice. But, all of them throw information at readers in bits and pieces. These books address one small specific area of business without tying it correctly into the big picture or considering the effects of their localized advice on the larger business. This is huge problem that no one is taking the effort to address. Until now.  This book changes everything. This book ties everything into the big picture and makes groundbreaking information accessible to everyday people who face real business problems. All of this in a format that is easy to read and easy to understand.  Hello, my name is Ritesh and I was fortunate to attend the #1 Business School in the World for Marketing: Kellogg School of Management. This book will unleash a visionary approach to marketing using everything I have learned through continued education, research, and years of professional experience.  What is different about companies that succeed wildly compared to those that don’t? Is success in business largely luck or is it possible to significantly tilt the odds in your favor? This book answers these important questions.  This book cuts through the noise and confusion abound in the business world and presents an actionable playbook that details how to lay the foundation for a winning business. A winning business that grows vigorously on minimal marketing and leaves the completion in the dust.

The Alien Gene

A lovely wife, an amazing daughter. John Sanders had the perfect life. Until, his father made the brilliant discovery of the alien gene and a cascading series of events unfolded. A wife in hostage standoff. A conspiracy to steal a deadly virus from CDC. And, now, 6 year old Suzy… abducted.

Will the mysteries unravel? Will the deadly virus unleash? Can John save Suzy?

THE BACKSTORY

Every animal stays and guards its territory. Except Humans. Humans have yearned to explore for centuries with sea faring ships. And, lately with starships.

Why? Answer: The Alien gene.

Evolution in nature happens slowly.

Giraffes evolved slowly from Okapis. Okapis are much shorter and looked a lot like zebras.

Okapis needed to reach the taller trees. So, they evolved into longer necked Samotherium and eventually into giraffes. Okapis can be seen in zoos to this day.

But, humans are different. There was a sudden evolution from early primates to intelligent humans. There is no continuous chain of evolution from the early primates to humans. Science calls this ‘The missing link’.

BRILLIANT DISCOVERY

Dr. Sanders made a brilliant discovery of this missing link, the alien gene, but his mistress leaked the discovery to the press for cash.

The world is taken by storm. Many believe that aliens arrived, injected primates with something that sped up evolution into man.

Humans are just the intermediate step that aliens helped evolve. The end result is the artificially intelligent machine that will rule the humans, much like we rule the rest of the animal kingdom.

This missing gene makes humans want to explore the space for the alien overlords, and

ultimately lead them to earth. The overlords will then amalgamate the earth-ruling AI into their powerful galactic empire and forever condemn humanity to the service of the machines.

The alien AI empire will decimate our old, handicapped and the diseased. The efficient AI ideology only allows the survival of the fittest individuals who will be programmed to help execute worldly duties and perform menial manual tasks like cogs in a machine to sustain the alien empire.

Just as humans are today raising and killing chickens and goats and cows in farms to meet the demand for food, in the dystopian future ruled by alien machines, humans will be raised in farms just only to be slaughtered in a few months for consumption by a superior race. Once we are powerless, the aliens will do to us, what we humans have done to powerless animals.

CASCADE OF EVENTS

The possibility scares the world and Anti-AI group comes into being to stop companies like AI Robotics corp that are developing these advanced technologies that will one day condemn us to slavery.

Dr. Sanders goes missing.

And, his son, John, has been paying the price ever since. A missing father. A wife killed in hostage standoff. And, now they have taken his 6 year old, Suzy.

Meanwhile, mysterious forces in London are weaving a global conspiracy with organized crime in Cape Town to steal a deadly virus from CDC by trapping a janitor who works at CDC into gambling debts to an underground club owner in Atlanta.

Torn, desperate, and drowned in alcohol is John.

Will the mysteries unravel? Can John save the world from the deadly virus? Can John save Suzy?
